How to Publish Listings on Shopify with Easync

Step-by-step: connect your Shopify store, add products, publish to Drafts, and send listings live.

Before you start

Make sure you have:

  • an active Shopify store and access to your Shopify admin;

  • an Easync account;

  • your Shopify store connected to Easync as a target store (see How to Add a Shopify Store).

Step 1: Connect your Shopify store

If you haven't connected Shopify yet:

  1. Switch your Easync account type to Shopify using the account-type switcher at the bottom of the left sidebar.

  2. Choose to connect a Shopify store, enter your store URL, and click "Connect store."

  3. Install the Easync app when you're redirected to it inside Shopify.

  4. Choose an Easync Shopify plan to activate the trial. Once the trial is active, your store is connected and ready.

Shopify plans are billed separately through Shopify's own billing. To activate the trial, add a payment method on the Shopify Billing page. Billing for eBay and WooCommerce stores on the same Easync account works as usual.

Step 2: Add products

Open the Add Products section of your store. There are two ways to add listings:

  • By URL or ASIN — paste supplier product links (AliExpress, Amazon, Walmart) or the product IDs themselves.

  • By CSV file — upload a CSV to add listings in bulk.

Step 3: Adjust Advanced settings

Before uploading, open Advanced settings to fine-tune your listings — pricing, quantity, and other listing details.

Step 4: Publish and review drafts

Click PUBLISH. Your listings are sent to the Drafts section, where you can review and edit each one before publishing them live to your Shopify store.

Auto-ordering (optional)

Auto-ordering is supported for Shopify stores. To enable it, connect your Amazon account in the Fulfillment Settings section.
