Can You Pause or Extend Your EaSync Subscription

EaSync has no dedicated pause-subscription button, but there are related scenarios that come close.

There’s no dedicated self-service feature to “pause” or “extend” your subscription on your own in EaSync. There are three related scenarios instead — each with its own process.

Scenario 1: the store is disabled even though you just paid

This isn’t a pause or an extension — it’s just a processing delay on the payment. Contact support with proof of payment; this is usually fixed quickly once the payment is verified (see the guide on payment credit delays for more detail).

Scenario 2: you need a little extra time to wrap things up before the store gets disabled

This is the closest thing to an “extension.” Support can grant temporary access for a few hours — but typically only once.

Once temporary access runs out, it usually can’t be turned back on again. Make sure to get everything you need done within that window.

  1. Contact EaSync support and describe your situation (for example: the store is between plans, or the subscription is about to end and you need to close out current orders).

  2. If temporary access is approved, you’ll be told how long it lasts.

  3. Get everything necessary done within that window — a repeat request usually isn’t approved.

Scenario 3: the invoice has already been issued, but the store isn’t disabled yet

The store isn’t disabled the instant an invoice is issued — in one confirmed case from support correspondence, the store stayed active for 3 more days after the invoice was issued. That isn’t a guaranteed timeframe for every case, but it shows there’s usually some buffer between the invoice and the actual disabling.
