EaSync’s official domains
EaSync doesn’t have dozens of different sites — every official address ends in easync.io:
easync.io — the main website.
my.easync.io — the dashboard/app where you manage your stores.
help.easync.io — the Help Center (article library).
Look at the whole domain, not just whether the word “easync” appears somewhere in the address. A other sites has nothing to do with EaSync, even if it carries the logo or a similar design.
Other ways to confirm you’re talking to EaSync
Official EaSync support replies through the chat right inside the dashboard (my.easync.io) or on help.easync.io — not through a third-party messenger linked from an email.
Messages and emails from EaSync staff come from addresses on the easync.io domain.
EaSync will never ask you to enter your account password on a third-party site, and will never ask you to send payment to a personal account instead of the official payment methods in the dashboard.
If you’re not sure
Don’t enter your EaSync login and password anywhere except my.easync.io / app.easync.io.
Before doing anything on a site you’re unsure about, message the official support chat on help.easync.io or from your dashboard and attach a screenshot of the address in question.
Wait for support to confirm whether the address is legitimate before continuing.
Quick summary
Every official EaSync address ends in easync.io: easync.io itself, my.easync.io, app.easync.io, help.easync.io.
The word “easync” appearing somewhere in a site’s name means nothing — what matters is the whole domain.
EaSync support never asks for a password on a third-party site and never asks you to pay outside the dashboard.
If you’re unsure, don’t enter any data and ask in the official support chat before continuing.
