Quick answer
Listings and orders usually sync within a few hours, but in some cases the process can take up to 24 hours. Orders older than one month don’t sync at all.
What causes the mismatch
1. Normal sync delay
If you recently removed or added listings on the marketplace, EaSync may not have picked up the change yet — this usually takes a few hours, and in rare cases up to 24 hours.
2. The store is disabled or inactive
If the store is disabled (for example, due to an unpaid invoice) or is in the middle of a plan change, syncing is paused entirely.
The number of listings is not synchronized while the store is disabled.
Because of this, the listing counter can get “stuck” on an old value — even if you’ve already removed listings on the marketplace, EaSync will keep showing the old count until the store is active again.
3. Old orders don’t sync
Separately, keep in mind that orders older than one month never sync into EaSync — this can explain a similar-looking mismatch in order counts, not just listings.
What to do
If the store is active and paid up, wait up to 24 hours for syncing to complete normally.
Check the store’s status in EaSync: if it shows an unpaid invoice or an unselected plan, resolve that first. Listing sync resumes automatically once the store is active again.
If the mismatch persists for more than 24 hours on an active, paid store, contact EaSync support and attach a screenshot showing the actual number of active listings on the marketplace for comparison.
