There’s no dedicated “bulk delist by ID/ASIN” button, but you can still work faster than removing listings one at a time. Compiled from EaSync support conversations.
Before you start
The Listings page supports sorting by column and selecting several listings with checkboxes on the current page — that lets you handle a group of listings in one pass instead of opening each one individually.
How to remove several listings in one pass
Open the Listings page for the store you’re working on.
Sort the table by a column that groups the listings you want to remove (for example, by brand, price, Out of Stock status, or date) — this brings the listings you need together on the same page of the list.
Check the listings you want on the current page — either one at a time, or via a “select all” checkbox if one is available in your interface.
Apply the remove/delist action for the selected listings from the bulk-action bar that appears above the table once items are checked.
Repeat the same steps on the next page of the list until you’ve worked through everything you need.
Checkbox selection works within one page of the list at a time, not across every listing in the store at once. If you have a lot of listings, you’ll need to go page by page — sellers report handling around a hundred at a time this way.
If you have a very large number of listings
If you need to delist hundreds or thousands of listings at once (for example, when switching niches or closing a store) and the page-by-page approach is taking too long, reach out to EaSync support directly. Support tickets show the team removing listings manually on request when the seller specified the store and exactly what to remove (for example, all listings of a given brand, or every listing in a store before disconnecting it).
What to include in your support request
The store name/ID you need listings removed from.
The selection criteria: a specific list of IDs/ASINs, a brand, a date range, or “all listings in this store.”
A deadline, if the timing matters.
