Add products from the Add Products section of the store, and before uploading open Advanced settings and select the correct eBay business policies (return, shipping, and payment).
The most common reason listings never leave draft is a policy error such as "A return option is missing or not valid" — even if the policy exists on your eBay account, it has to be selected in Easync's advanced settings for that upload, and on some stores you may need to re-select it each time you load products.
If you've set the policies correctly and listings still won't publish, send support the Easync listing/request link for a sample and they'll check what's blocking it.
