Why did my order fail / how to reprocess a failed or stuck order (Auto Ordering)

This guide will help you understand why an order failed and reprocess a stuck order (Auto Ordering) — where to check the error and when to message support.

Written by Dean

If an order is stuck or shows "not processing," first open it and check the order page for an error message, since many "stuck" orders have actually already been processed or are held up by a specific error you can see there (a note requiring confirmation, a price-change prompt, a payment/balance issue, etc.).

If it's still not moving, paste the Easync order link into the chat — one link per order — and support will push it through or tell you which error to fix on your side.

Once resolved you'll get a confirmation in the same chat; if a fix depends on the tech team, the ticket stays open and support updates you there rather than in a new chat, so there's no need to re-open a separate conversation for the same order.
