User Data collected:
Emails (metadata, message body)
Easync gets emails to provide the best experience. Easync does not create, send or modify messages.
We collect only specific emails with special tags that are relevant to:
Shipping's and Tracking's information
Cash back information
Order Information are collected to fulfill processes Easync is used for.
Tracking numbers are collected to provide actual, fast information about user's orders.
Vero reports are collected to avoid user's account suspension.
Returns' reports are collected to fulfill requested returns on user's markets.
Cash back information are collected to send emails for getting cash back from cash back portals.
All collected information is not available for users except it owners and used by Easync for purposes described above.
Collected information can be used by Easync team to implement the purposes for which Easync is used.
Collected information such as tracking numbers is encrypted and shared with markets used by user via special markets' forms for purposes described above.
Other information contained in the emails that does not meet the purposes described above is not shared with any third parties and is not used at all.
The security of user's emails meets the security of any other information used by Easync and is described below in the current Policy.
Easync does not require user's auth info such login, password to have an access to user's emails. User approve access to emails for Easync via Google Auth process. User can revoke permission at any time.
Shopify API and OAuth
Shopify API is a registration and authentication service provided by Shopify, allowing merchants and applications to interact seamlessly.
Easync's use of information received from Shopify APIs strictly adheres to Shopify's requirements and policies concerning data access and usage.
User Data collected via Shopify OAuth:

- Customer Data: Information about the store's customers, such as names, shipping and billing addresses, and order histories.
- Order Data: Details about orders placed, including products, shipping information, and transaction details.
Easync accesses store information to ensure proper integration and synchronization with the merchant's Shopify account. This information is crucial to provide the functionalities that Easync offers.
Customer data is accessed to facilitate processes Easync is designed for, such as order processing, inventory management, and other relevant operations.
Order data is essential for Easync to provide accurate order management, tracking, and other functionalities related to orders.
All collected information via Shopify OAuth is treated with utmost privacy. The data is not available to anyone other than its owners and is solely used by Easync for the purposes described above.
Any information accessed via Shopify OAuth, such as order details or customer data, is encrypted both in transit and at rest. Specific data, like order information, may be shared with platforms or entities that the user operates with, but only to fulfill the primary purposes of Easync.
Other information that does not align with the purposes mentioned above is neither shared with third parties nor utilized in any other way.
The security of user's data accessed via Shopify OAuth aligns with the robust security practices of Easync, as elaborated further in this policy.
Easync never requires direct authentication details such as login or password for access to the merchant's Shopify data. Merchants grant access via the Shopify OAuth process, ensuring secure and controlled access. Merchants have the right to revoke this permission at any given time.
Your Access to and Control Over Information
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via our support options provided on our website.
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page.
We have separate encrypted servers with limited access. We monitor all transactions with it and we keep our software up-to-date.
