This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices of JDG Yauheni Stsiapnou, Scalehat Technologies Ltd., and Scalehat LLC (collectively, "Easync"). It applies solely to information collected by this website and outlines:

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration, a user is required to provide certain personally identifiable information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. Google API

Easync uses Google API for registration and authentication services. Easync's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

User Data Collected via Google API:

a. Emails (metadata, message body): Easync accesses specific emails with special tags related to:

  • Orders information

  • Shipping and tracking information

  • Vero reports

  • Return reports

  • Cashback information

This data is collected to fulfill Easync's purpose, such as processing orders, tracking shipments, managing returns, and handling cashback requests. The data is encrypted and shared with relevant platforms, and no other email data is shared or used.

Shopify API and OAuth

Shopify API is used for registration and authentication for Easync services, allowing seamless integration with Shopify merchant accounts.

User Data Collected via Shopify OAuth:

a. Store Information: Basic details about the store, including name, domain, and identifiers.

b. Customer Data: Information about store customers, such as names, shipping and billing addresses, and order histories.

c. Order Data: Details about orders placed, including products, shipping, and transaction details.

This data is necessary for Easync to offer proper services, including inventory management, order processing, and synchronization with Shopify accounts.

All information accessed via Google API and Shopify OAuth is encrypted and treated with utmost privacy. Only data required for the services Easync offers is processed, and it is not shared with third parties for any purposes other than those described.

Your Access to and Control Over Information

You may opt out of any future communications from us at any time by contacting us via the support options provided on our website. You can:

Security
