Returns are simplified
for your business. If your buyer requests a return, you can easily click the Return button on the orders page.
We will automatically get a return label for you and display it on the bottom of the order details page. Just click details next to the return button and scroll down. Usually the label is there within about 60 seconds.
If there hasn't been a return requested yet, you won't be able to make the return label.
This prevents you from mistakenly returning the wrong product.
We will also crop the "amazon" words from the label in the future, and then we'll upload the label to the eBay returns page as an image for them to print.
