After an AO is complete, you'll see new buttons appear beside the profit column.
One of those buttons is the Cancel Order button which looks like a No Smoking sign.
This will not cancel the order for your buyer
The cancel button will only cancel the order from the source market.
The process takes less than a minute and you'll get an email about it shortly after unless you're using FBE; then you only get a notification on the order details page.
If your buyer requests to cancel very quickly after they purchase we will detect that and prevent the order altogether.
Also, if you wait too long we may not be able to cancel the order, but we'll try.
