To ensure that your orders are updated and processed automatically, you need to correctly set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) in your Amazon account settings.

How to Set Up 2FA

  1. Use the 2FA code, not the QR code.

During setup, make sure to enter the long 2FA key (53 characters), not the one-time OTP codes.

  2. Select the app option only.

In Amazon settings, choose to use an authenticator app for verification. Do not add a phone number or email.

⚠ If a phone number or email remains linked, OTP codes will be sent there instead. In this case, our system will not be able to receive the necessary code, and your orders will not update automatically.

  3. Save your 2FA key.

This key is your personal information. We store it in encrypted form in our database, but please also keep it securely on your side to avoid losing access to your account.
