The “Invalid JSON” error may occur when your Amazon account does not have the required payment method configured or when the existing payment settings are incomplete or incorrect.
To resolve this issue, you need to review and update the payment settings for the affected Amazon account.
Follow the steps below.
Step 1: Open Your Fulfillment Account Settings
Log in to your Easync account.
Navigate to Fulfillment Accounts.
Locate the Amazon account associated with the error.
Open its payment settings.
Step 2: Update Your Payment Settings
Depending on your preferred payment method, select one of the following options:
Option 1: Use Gift Balance
Select Use Gift Balance if you want to use your Amazon Gift Card Balance to pay for orders.
Option 2: Use Invoice
Select Use Invoice and enter the following placeholder value in the Card Number field:
0000 0000 0000 0000
Save your changes to apply the updated payment settings.
Note: The placeholder card number is a configuration value, not a valid payment card. It does not authorize payments or replace the need for a valid payment method on Amazon.
Step 3: Wait for Order Updates
After saving your payment settings, Easync will attempt to synchronize the affected orders.
If there are no other issues with your Amazon account or order settings, your orders should be updated automatically within 24 hours.
