The “Payment authentication (3DS / bank verification) was not completed” error usually occurs when the payment card requires additional verification, such as a one-time code sent to the cardholder’s phone, to authorize the transaction.
Since this verification must be completed by the cardholder, the order cannot be processed automatically if the required authentication cannot be completed during the auto-ordering process.
To resolve this issue, you may need to use a different payment card that supports the required payment process without additional verification that cannot be completed automatically.
Step 1: Use a Different Payment Card
Use another valid payment card that can be used for Amazon purchases and does not require an additional authentication step that cannot be completed during auto-ordering.
Make sure the card is authorized for the intended transaction and that you can complete any verification required by your bank.
Step 2: Update the Payment Details on Amazon
Log in to the relevant Amazon account and add the new payment card to your payment methods.
Follow Amazon’s instructions to save the card and complete any required verification.
Step 3: Update the Payment Details in Easync
Once the new card has been added to your Amazon account, open Easync and provide the updated payment card details in the appropriate settings.
Make sure the payment information matches the card you added to Amazon.
Step 4: Resubmit the Order
After updating the payment details in both Amazon and Easync, return to the order that encountered the error.
Open the problematic order.
Locate the Fulfillment Account section.
Select the Amazon account you want to use to process the order.
Click the cart icon to resubmit the order.
