This guide covers how the Easync balance works, how to top up using Payoneer and other methods, what to do if a payment doesn't appear, and how to withdraw your balance. Promo codes and discounts are covered in a [separate article].
1. Balance vs. Subscription — What's the Difference?
These are two separate things:
Subscription — your monthly plan fee (e.g. $49.99, $99.99, $159.99). It gives you access to the platform and determines your listing limit. Paid separately via Account → Subscription.
Balance — funds you top up inside Easync to cover the cost of Amazon purchases when using Fulfillment by Easync (FBE). Each time Easync places an order on Amazon on your behalf, the order amount is deducted from your balance. Topping up your balance does not activate or extend your subscription.
If you sell on eBay and use standard Auto-Order (AO) with your own Amazon account, you do not need to maintain a balance — orders are charged directly to your Amazon account.
2. How to Top Up Your Balance
Go to Account → Balance and select a top-up method. Available options are listed there and may include:
Payoneer
PayPal
Credit/debit card
Bank transfer
Important: Easync does not charge any fees for topping up. Any extra charges you see are transaction fees applied by the payment provider (Payoneer, PayPal, card processor, etc.) based on your account type, country, and payment method. These fees are outside of Easync's control and vary by provider.
3. How to Top Up via Payoneer
To send funds via Payoneer, you need the "Pay other Payoneer customers" feature to be active on your Payoneer account. If it's not active yet, Payoneer may require you to first reach a minimum deposit threshold in your Payoneer account — this is a Payoneer requirement and is not related to Easync.
If you're unable to use this feature, use one of the alternative methods listed in Account → Balance (PayPal or card).
After sending the payment via Payoneer, if the balance hasn't updated automatically, send a screenshot of the transaction confirmation in chat so our team can manually verify and credit it.
4. My Payment Doesn't Show in My Balance
Payments are not always reflected instantly. If your balance hasn't updated after a payment:
Send a screenshot of the payment confirmation (from Payoneer, PayPal, your bank, etc.) in the chat
Our finance team will verify and credit the funds — this typically takes up to 24 hours
If the payment was sent several days ago and still hasn't appeared, contact support and include the transaction ID or confirmation screenshot.
5. Currency: GBP Balance vs. USD Balance
Easync maintains separate balances for different currencies (USD and GBP). The subscription is charged in USD.
If you have a GBP balance and need USD to pay for your subscription or FBE orders, contact support and request a currency conversion. The team will convert the amount manually and apply it to your USD balance.
6. Is Topping Up Balance the Same as Paying for a Subscription?
No. These are two separate actions:
Subscription payment — activates or renews your plan (done via Account → Subscription)
Balance top-up — adds funds used for FBE order fulfillment (done via Account → Balance)
Topping up your balance will not automatically activate your subscription, and vice versa.
7. Withdrawing or Refunding Your Balance
If you no longer need your remaining balance, contact support via chat and request a refund. Provide the amount and the payment method you'd like the funds returned to.
Timeline:
After the refund request is submitted and processed internally: 3 to 21 business days for review and initiation
Once sent: funds are typically credited back within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Balance refunds are processed manually by the finance team.
8. Transferring Balance Between Stores
If you have a balance in one store and want to move it to another store under the same account, contact support. Transfers between stores are handled manually.
