This guide covers the most common questions about Easync plans, how billing works, and how to manage your subscription.
1. How Plans & the Listing Limit Work
Each Easync plan gives you a listing limit — the maximum number of active listings Easync can track and manage at the same time.
What counts toward your limit?
Easync counts all listings that exist in your Easync account, not just what's currently visible on eBay. This is why you might see a higher number in Easync than the number of active listings in your eBay store — listings you recently deleted from eBay may still be counted on Easync's side until the sync completes.
Where to check your current usage:
Go to Account → Subscription to see your active plan and how many listing slots are in use.
2. I'm Blocked From Uploading — But I Haven't Reached My Limit
This is the most common subscription question we get.
Why it happens:
Even if your eBay store shows fewer listings than your plan limit, Easync may still count the old ones. When you delete listings from eBay, Easync needs time to sync and release those slots.
How long does the sync take?
Listing counts are usually updated within a few hours, but in some cases it can take up to 24 hours.
What to do:
Delete the extra listings from eBay if you haven't already
Wait for Easync to sync (up to 24 hours)
If the count hasn't updated after 24 hours, contact support
If eBay suspended or removed your listings without your action (e.g., after a store restriction), the slots will still be freed up once Easync syncs — no manual action needed on your end.
3. Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan
How to change your plan:
Go to Account → Subscription and select the plan you want.
How billing works when you upgrade mid-cycle:
Upgrades are prorated. You don't pay the full price of the new plan — you only pay for the remaining days in your current billing cycle at the price difference between the plans.
For example, if you upgrade 13 days before your renewal date, you'll be charged only for those 13 days at the rate difference between your old and new plan. Starting from the next renewal date, you'll pay the full price of the new plan.
When does the new limit take effect?
Immediately after the upgrade is processed — you don't need to wait for the next billing cycle.
Downgrading:
To downgrade to a lower plan, contact support. Note that if your current number of listings exceeds the new plan's limit, you'll need to remove the excess listings first.
4. I Made a Payment But My Subscription Is Still Not Active
Manual payments (via Payoneer or bank transfer) require processing time.
What happens after you pay:
Our finance team processes the payment — this typically takes up to 24 hours
Once processed, the funds are credited to your Easync balance
You then need to go to Account → Subscription and select your plan to activate it — it does not activate automatically
If your subscription hasn't been activated after 24 hours, contact support and attach a screenshot or confirmation of the payment.
5. Extra Fees When Topping Up
Easync does not charge any additional fees beyond your subscription price.
If you see extra charges when topping up via Payoneer, credit card, or another payment method — those are fees charged by the payment provider, not by Easync. Each provider has its own transaction fees that we have no control over.
All available top-up methods are listed in Account → Balance. If you want to minimize fees, compare the options available to you and choose the one with the lowest transaction cost for your region.
6. Invoices
Invoices are issued by our finance team upon request.
To request an invoice, contact support via chat and provide:
Company name
Billing address
VAT number (if applicable)
The month(s) you need the invoice for
We'll send the invoice as a PDF directly in the chat.
7. Pausing or Cancelling Your Subscription
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. If you're going on vacation or putting your store in vacation mode and don't want to be charged while inactive, contact support and ask to suspend your subscription. We'll pause it manually, and it will remain suspended until you reach out to reactivate it.
How to cancel:
To cancel your subscription, contact support via chat. Once cancelled, your account remains accessible but all automation (price tracking, order processing, tracking updates) will stop at the end of your current billing period.
Thinking of cancelling due to cost? Let us know — we may be able to help with a temporary solution while your store gets back on track.
8. What Happens When Your Subscription Expires
Once your plan expires, all Easync automation stops immediately:
Price and stock monitoring stops
Auto-ordering stops
Tracking updates stop — even for orders that already have a tracking number assigned
Orders that came in while your subscription was inactive will appear in your dashboard once you reactivate, but they will not have been processed automatically.
To reactivate: Go to Account → Subscription, top up your balance if needed, and select a plan.
9. Billing Date & Renewal
Can I change my billing date?
Billing dates are set automatically based on when you first subscribed. If you need your renewal date adjusted (e.g., to align with the start of the month), contact support and we'll update it manually.
My renewal date doesn't match what I expected:
If you've received bonus days (e.g., 7 extra days from a promotion or compensation), your renewal date will shift accordingly. Contact support if the date doesn't match your expectations and we'll clarify.
