How to Top Up Your Balance for Subscription and FBE

Your Subscription and FBE balances are now conveniently combined in one place. Below is a guide on how to top up your balance for both purposes.

Accessing Your Balance

  1. Go to the Billing section in your EasyNC account.

  2. Open the Balance tab.​

Topping Up Your Subscription Balance

⚠️ Important: To ensure your subscription is charged automatically, always top up in USD only.

-If you top up in GBP, the subscription will not be charged automatically.

How to top up:

1) Click the Top up button in the Balance section.


2) A payment window will appear with available payment methods:

-PayPal – 0% EasyNC fee + PayPal fee

-Credit/Debit Card – 0% EasyNC fee + payment service fee

-Payoneer – 0% EasyNC fee + Payoneer fee


3) Complete your payment.


Once topped up, the system will automatically check invoices:

Any unpaid invoices will have the amount deducted from your balance, and the invoice will be marked as paid.

When a new invoice is issued, if your balance covers it, the system will automatically deduct the amount and mark it as paid.

❗️ Make sure your balance is not less than the invoice amount, otherwise the system will not be able to automatically process the subscription payment.

Topping Up Your FBE Balance

For your FBE balance, you can top up in USD or GBP, depending on your preference.

Steps:

  1. Click the Top up button in the Balance section.

  2. Select your preferred currency and payment method (PayPal, Card, Payoneer).

  3. Complete the payment.

After topping up, the same automatic invoice processing applies as for the subscription balance.

This combined balance system makes managing your subscription and FBE payments simple and efficient. Always double-check your top-up currency and make sure your balance is sufficient to cover upcoming invoices.
