Billing

We now have a new Billing section! 🎉

By going to the Billing tab, you’ll find several subsections:

-Account

-Balance

-Subscription

-Invoices

-Payment History

This section contains your standard settings, where you can:

-update your Account Information;

-change your Password;

-or Delete account, if needed.

Your Subscription and FBE balances are now combined in one place.

-To pay for your subscription, please select USD as the top-up currency.

-You can top up via PayPal, credit/debit card, or Payoneer.

-To top up your FBE balance, choose your preferred currency — USD or GBP.

After topping up, the system automatically checks invoices:

-if there are any unpaid invoices, the amount will be deducted from your balance, and the invoice will be marked as paid;

-when a new invoice is issued, if your balance covers it, the system will automatically deduct the amount and mark it as paid.

❗️Please make sure that your balance is not less than the amount shown on the invoice. If the balance is lower, the system will not be able to automatically process the subscription payment.

Here you can find complete information about your current plan:

-Plan Information — details about your active plan;

-History — your subscription and payment history.

This section shows all invoices issued and paid for your subscription

This section displays all payment transactions related to both Subscription and FBE.
